What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial plumbing systems
- Complete service, maintenance, and drain cleaning calls
- Educate customers on repair and replacement options
- Build trust and provide exceptional customer service
- Recommend appropriate solutions and financing options
- Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked service vehicle
- Complete accurate invoices, paperwork, and job documentation
- Participate in team meetings, training, and company events
- Mentor and support apprentice plumbers
- Work closely with dispatch and customer service teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience
Qualifications
- Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Plumber License required
- Strong knowledge of Massachusetts plumbing codes and regulations
- Proven experience with:
- Soldering
- Pipe threading
- Fixture installation
- Gas leak testing and repair
- Residential service plumbing
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organization and follow-through
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- High level of integrity and accountability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
